KAISER REGION WIDE SECURITY CAMERA UPGRADES

Replacement of approximately 388 analog security cameras in specified Kaiser medical facilities/pharmacies in the Colorado Region with digital security cameras, as well as, add 272 digital cameras to deficient areas identified by security.
Total installation includes 660 digital security cameras installed and connected to the Kaiser Permanente Lenel security system. Project scope also includes patch and paint of walls and ceilings where cameras were relocated.

JEWEL CAVE NATIONAL MONUMENT

This project for the National Park Service includes construction of a new parking lot for visitors of the Jewel Cave Monument in South Dakota. Work consists of a new drainage system to keep water from continuing to drain into the cave structure. Also included in the scope of work is a new 200 SF kiosk at the entry of the Monument.

WELTON STREET GARAGE ROOF

This project consisted of the removal and replacement of an 11,400 square foot roof system with a new energy efficient roofing system at a General Services Administration building in Downtown Denver. The new energy efficient roofing system consisted of a 3 ply system utilizing 4” foam core insulation and a two ply asphalt and FR Mineral Cap Sheet. In addition to the three plied system a high performance-waterproofing layer was installed which increased the R-Value insulation from R-6 to R-28. This longest life-cycle roofing system, with a 30-year warranty, uses low odor asphalt adhesives and post-consumer/recycled material content while maintaining the integrity of this strong roofing system.

utilities. Required extensive coordination with the City & County of Broomfield, Standard Pacific Homes, Wildgrass HOA and various agencies to ensure that each phase was developed according to the time-sensitive schedule. Phased
