WILDGRASS FILING | PHASE 5

Site development of the Wildgrass Townhomes Subdivision which entailed an extensive trail system (crusher fines and concrete) and meandering sidewalks, parking areas, alleyways, ditches, retaining walls, landscaping and dry
utilities. Required extensive coordination with the City & County of Broomfield, Standard Pacific Homes, Wildgrass HOA and various agencies to ensure that each phase was developed according to the time-sensitive schedule. Phased
development of the site allowed for the homebuilder to sequentially takedown and developed finished lots in a reasonable, cost-effective manner.
