Mowa Haile

Adrian Olivias Loera – Superintendent

Adrian Olivias Loera, Superintendent at Sky Blue Builders, assist the Building Division out at Denver Federal Center. Under the GSA Repair & Maintenance Contract, Adrian Olivias assist Erik Johnson and the entire Building Division by coordinating the field staff. He oversees our 10 carpenters/laborers in scheduling and training as well as his overall general superintendent tasks. In addition, he works alongside Erik Johnson with site walks, estimating support and subcontractor oversight. He has been with Sky Blue Builders 7 years.

Besides working at Sky Blue Builders, Adrian is a Pastor at Last Harvest Ministry. Adrian also enjoys spending time with his family and his new grandson Kai born November 2019!.

Mowa Haile

Mowa Haile is founder and President and CEO of Sky blue Builders. Mowa has an integral role in creating and developing customer relationships that deliver the company’s products/services. Mowa founded the company in 2007 and has guided the company from a two-man team and $80K in revenue to performing large projects for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Mowa has over 18 years of operations and management experience.

Mowa holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Colorado State University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mowa is on the Board Member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and serves on the City of Denver’s Division of Small Business Opportunity Advisory Committee and Heavy Highway Goals Committee and is Co-Chair of the Black Construction Group within the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce. Mowa also served for four years on the Board of Directors at Venture Prep, a free, rigorous, public charter school in Denver whose mission is to prepare all 6-12th grade students for college and career success.

Lauren Grosh

Chief Marketing Officer

Lauren Grosh is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales for Sky Blue Builders. Prior to joining the Sky Blue Builders team, Lauren worked for TerraVisions in a duel role as Marketing Director and Project Manager. As Project Manager, Lauren compiled and researched due diligence materials and facilitated the entitlement process for 3 Master Planned Communities. As Marketing Director, her role was to compile and assemble marketing collateral for the entire land portfolio for potential investors and buyers. Prior to joining the TerraVisions, Lauren worked for the City and County of Charlotte, North Carolina in the Planning Department and at the Charlotte Department of Transportation.

Lauren has extensive knowledge in the urban planning field and has obtained a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. Lauren is a Board Member with Hispanic Contractors of Colorado, is a member of SAME Pikes Peak Post and is active with several goodwill programs.

Fernando Franco

Fernando Franco, Controller for Sky Blue Builders, is responsible for all financial aspects of Sky Blue Builders including all reporting requirements, monthly cash flow analysis and all AP/AR practices. She is responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly and yearly financial statements, monitor and managing cash flow forecasting, overseeing all internal controls and risk management and job cost analysis.

Fernando has over 14 years of accounting experience and is focused on system and process improvements. He is currently pursuing certifications in programming and web development. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, golf, billiards, dancing, travel and music/comedy clubs.

Erik Johnson
Project Manager- Building Division

As Building Division Lead at Sky Blue Builders, Erik Johnson oversees several teams of carpenters and laborers that perform a multitude of interior finish work including ceiling, tile, paint, carpet, rough carpentry, drywall and furniture moves. With our numerous on-call contracts with various municipal and federal contracts, Erik ensures that projects are delivered on-time, in budget and with our end-users objectives in mind. With more than 12 years of experience in Project Management (2 Years with Sky Blue Builders), Erik brings a wealth of knowledge in ground-up, tenant finish and repair & maintenance work for residential, commercial and federal/municipal clients. Prior to joining Sky Blue Builders, Erik oversaw and managed 30 employees for a multitude of projects ranging from less than $100,000 to multi-million dollar projects. With his comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the trades he has the ability to oversee and manage the efficient execution of multiple project simultaneously through his hand-on management approach.

Jasmine Solis
Project Manager – Civil Division

Jasmine Solis is Civil Division Lead at Sky Blue Builders with a focus on public works improvements, asphalt pavement, concrete, and earthwork. Through her time at Sky Blue, she has managed a multitude of construction projects ranging from heavy civil infrastructure, government and municipality improvements, and park restoration. Projects varied in complexity, size, and contract value ranging from $30,000 and reaching $3 million.

Jasmine graduated from Colorado School of Mines obtaining her Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis in Humanitarian Engineering. Solis is a Colorado native born and raised in Denver with family residing in the Montebello community. Throughout her professional career, Solis offered her time to organizations such as HCC Diversity Task Force Leaders through Contractor Academy, The Fire Within program in partnership with the Carson J. Spencer Foundation, and CareerWise Colorado whose mission is to develop young apprenticeships though early workforce training.

Nazzy Medhanie
HR & CSR Manager

Nazrawit (Naz) Medhanie is Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resources (HR), to which she brings more than a dozen years of comprehensive experiences and skills in community outreach and stakeholder engagement, program management, performance monitoring, capacity-building and training, donor relations, proposal coordination/writing, and government liaison.

In her CRS role, Naz directs Sky Blue Builders’ community outreach initiatives and measures engagement in and impact of those initiatives.  She acts both as an external representative of the company and an internal champion for employee volunteerism and community giving efforts – all designed to have a positive impact on the local community and environment.  Since joining Sky Blue Builders in 2015, Naz has built the company’s corporate social responsibility program and forged partnerships with organizations such as Goodwill Industries of Denver, Street Fraternity, Careerwise, Environmental Learning for Kids, Carson J. Spencer Foundation, and A Precious Child.

In her HR role, Naz oversees and direct all aspects of human resources, including policies and procedures, employee engagement, recruitment, benefits, and payroll administration. Prior to joining Sky Blue Builders, Naz worked in the international development industry, managing and monitoring projects focused on economic/enterprise development and trade in sub-Saharan Africa.
