In 2017, Sky Blue Builders was invited to bid on a program of phased ADA compliance repairs for Denver Public Schools across multiple occupied K–12 facilities in the Metro Denver area. The resulting work addressed a range of accessibility deficiencies and required disciplined scheduling, close coordination, and consistent execution across concurrent sites.
Work was performed within active school environments, requiring careful planning to maintain student and staff safety while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Sky Blue Builders coordinated closely with Denver Public Schools and subcontractor partners to sequence work efficiently across locations, manage concurrent crews, and maintain schedule reliability throughout the program.
