The Kennedy School Remodel consisted of interior improvements to the Career Connect Vocational Lab and Room 217 within an approximately 3,000 SF footprint. The scope included upgrades to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm systems, along with drywall, painting, foundation work, and unit masonry. The project also required construction of a new exterior structural wall to accommodate program-specific needs.

The renovated spaces were designed to support vocational education and hands-on learning, providing updated classroom, training, and shop environments aligned with Denver Public Schools’ instructional goals.
