Jasmine Solis, Vice President of Operations at Sky Blue Builders, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC)—a milestone that reflects both her professional journey and her long-standing commitment to community impact within the construction industry.
Solis’s relationship with HCC began more than a decade ago, when the organization served as a catalyst for her personal and professional growth. Through HCC’s education, mentorship, advocacy, and Contractor Academy program, she gained tools and perspective that helped shape her leadership path and advance her career in construction.
Now, Solis steps into a new role where she can help guide the organization that once supported her—championing the next generation of small and diverse contractors, contributing to policy conversations, and strengthening opportunity across the industry.
“This is a full-circle moment. HCC played a meaningful role in my development, and I’m honored to give back by supporting others who are building their futures in construction.”Jasmine Solis, VP of Operations, Sky Blue Builders
As Vice President of Operations at Sky Blue Builders, Solis brings more than a decade of industry experience spanning civil infrastructure and large-scale aviation work, with a strong presence at Denver International Airport. She oversees project delivery, field operations, and internal process development—driving financial performance, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality work on efficient schedules. She has also been instrumental in supporting Sky Blue Builders through its graduation from the City and County of Denver’s MWBE program and into its current status as a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company.
Sky Blue Builders congratulates Jasmine Solis on this well-earned leadership role and looks forward to the positive impact her voice and perspective will bring to HCC and the broader construction community.
