Jasmine serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sky Blue Builders, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience across private and municipal construction, with a specialized focus in aviation. She is responsible for advancing strategic initiatives centered on process improvement, cost control, and comprehensive risk management. Since joining Sky Blue in 2015 as a Project Engineer, Jasmine has progressed through both field and office leadership roles, developing hands-on expertise in constructability reviews, field operations, resource allocation, and workforce development—experience that now informs her oversight of operations from preconstruction through owner turnover.
Throughout her tenure, Jasmine has played a key role in delivering complex, high-profile projects, including the Great Hall Program and the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) at Denver International Airport, as well as major transit-oriented infrastructure efforts such as the Southeast Rail Line Extension and I-225 Light Rail Corridor station work. Her ability to bridge technical execution with strategic planning has been instrumental in managing risk, maintaining schedule certainty, and driving successful outcomes on challenging public-sector projects.
Beyond project delivery, Jasmine is deeply committed to industry leadership and community impact. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado and co-chairs the Aviation Committee, where she actively supports mentorship, collaboration, and the advancement of small and emerging firms. Jasmine believes lasting success in construction is built on empowered teams, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement—and she leads with the goal of leaving both projects and people stronger for what comes next.
