Shannon brings a diverse leadership background spanning finance, healthcare, construction, and entrepreneurship. Before joining Sky Blue Builders, she founded Avoh Foods, growing the company to more than 200 retail locations across five states. She is also the founder of Anima, a nonprofit created to support first-generation women entrepreneurs through mentorship, business resources, financial access, and community.
At Sky Blue Builders, Shannon helps guide business development, strategic planning, organizational growth, and emerging initiatives, bringing an entrepreneurial perspective to how the company approaches new markets, partnerships, and opportunities. She is also a member of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Program.
In 2026, Shannon was named one of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business, recognizing her leadership, entrepreneurial accomplishments, and commitment to creating opportunities for others.
