On August 13, 2025, Sky Blue Builders hosted its inaugural ESOP Statement Day, providing every employee-owner with their first official Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) statement.
The event aimed to help employee-owners understand their individual statements, learn more about how ESOPs operate, and recognize the role of employee ownership in the company’s future. The day included informational presentations, a collaborative team exercise, and a review of Sky Blue Builders’ mission: “Dream today to invent tomorrow.”
