Tracy Cunningham serves as Corporate Controller at Sky Blue Builders, bringing more than a decade of accounting and financial management experience across the construction industry. With a strong background in financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and process improvement, Tracy helps ensure the company’s financial systems and project accounting functions support successful project delivery and long-term organizational growth.
Prior to joining Sky Blue Builders, Tracy built a diverse accounting career supporting business operations and financial management across multiple industries. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, operations, and business management.
At Sky Blue Builders, Tracy oversees the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, project accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and internal financial controls. She works closely with leadership and project teams to maintain financial accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and provide the financial insight needed to support complex aviation, infrastructure, and commercial construction projects across Colorado.
