JOINT FORCES PAVING MATOC

Federal, Joint Forces Paving MATOC

250 Million / 7 Year IDIQ Contract to provide paving related activities and structure including roadways, bridges, sidewalks, parking areas, ditches trails and airfields at Fort Carson Army Installation, Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site, Pueblo Chemical Depot, United States Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, Peterson, Buckley, and Schriever Air Force Bases along the Colorado Front Range.

SOUTHEAST RAIL LINE EXTENSION

The Southeast Rail Line Extension is part of a multi-billion dollar, transit expansion. Sky Blue Builders performed work on three stations as part of a Design-Build project to construct 2.3 mile-long Light Rail corridor. Sky Blue Builders work included constructing station platforms, sidewalk concrete, station plaza, curbs and asphalt paving.

REPAIR HARDSTAND, BUILDING 2492

Federal, US Army Corps of Engineers

Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Project which consists of exterior pavement repair work and repaving of the hardstand at Building 2492 at the Fort Carson Military Installation.

RTD ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

This 4-year, $10 Million Contract consists of infrastructure & civil/site projects which can include earthwork, utilities, storm sewer systems, erosion control, retaining walls, asphalt paving, concrete, curb & gutter, lighting, signing and striping, landscaping, fencing, etc. In total, 25 projects were completed under this contract.

I-225 LIGHT RAIL LINE (6 STATIONS)

The I-225 Rail Line Project is part of a multi-billion dollar, transit expansion. Sky Blue Builders performed work on six stations as part of a Design-Build project to construct 10.5 miles of Light Rail corridor. Sky Blue Builders work included constructing station platforms with scopes of work including:

• Rebar
• Plumbing
• Masonry
