DPS MYEC Zuni HVAC & Parking Lot
Overall scope of work consisted of RTU replacement with associated e new ductwork and VAV for Classrooms/ Multi Purpose Rooms/ Admin Offices and extensive interior corridor foundation system. In addition, Sky Blue Builders was responsible for the replacement of the asphalt parking lot and installation of a storm detention pond.

ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING CENTER FOR KIDS

Design-Build project that encompasses 5 acres of open space which includes boulders, rock wall, trail system and unique landscaping features to expose at risk students to the outdoors.

DPS KENNEDY SCHOOL REMODEL

The Kennedy School Remodel consisted of interior improvements to the Career Connect Vocational Lab and Room 217. This 3,000 SF remodel scope of work consists of electrical. Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Alarm, drywall, painting, foundation work and unit masonry as well a new exterior structural wall.

EMILY GRIFFITH COSMETOLOGY & BARBERSHOP

Conversion of an approximate 6,250 SF printing shop into a Cosmetology & Barbershop training facility for Emily Griffith. This design-assist project consisted of upgrades to the existing electrical/HVAC/Plumbing as well as interior finishes.
